Pink Chicken minecraft is expanding!!

I'm glad you asked. Our expansion to new servers means we need more moderators.

Now many of you have been asking about becoming one, and so, here it is.

Just leave a comment with your ingame name, age, country and why you think you should be a mod and we'll be choosing from the best of you.

We will be reviewing all applications and will announce our decision(s) during the following week.

Leading factions

Well we've been online for less than a week, and a new player of ours, in less than two days has managed to coordinate his faction and build this.

What can I say, other than, I'm completely speechless.

So well done faction YSB. You've certainly made an impression. Keep up the good work and let's hope other factions can rise up like this one.

Factions commands

Hey, what do you all think of the new colours? I thought Pink would suit the server name more ;)

Ok, important boring stuff, boring, but useful.

Since our server is primarily a PvP factions server, we urge all new players to join a faction as soon as they can after they start playing.

Factions have power levels, and these power levels allow factions to claim land, and protect it from other factions.

We also advise that you set up a faction home at least 300 blocks from the spawn. The reason for this is griefing is a part of inter-faction war, and as such, having a defenseless home within 300 blocks will guarantee that it will be destroyed in a matter of hours.

Warnings now out of the way, here are the commands that can set you up.

To create a new faction type the following command into chat:

/f create <NAME>

Replace <NAME> with your desired faction name. Please do not choose an offensive name, we will disband these :/

To set a faction description:

/f desc <DESCRIPTION>

To claim land:

/f claim

MAKE SURE YOU BUILD WITHIN CLAIMED LAND. If you do not, other players can break that one unprotected wall and gain entry to your home. If you are having trouble finding which land is yours, ask either kaizen_star (me) or joshb180 for help.

Once your faction is set up and you have a home built on claimed land, then next thing you want to do is set your faction home there. This lets you and your faction members teleport back there.

/f sethome

/f home

Hello, long time no see

Long time indeed :(

Long story short, lost account details, had a fun time trying to get back on the account.

Thanks for the comments. I have some other armour based on automail from full metal alchemist, I'll be posting some pics of that when I have a chance to take them :P

In a comment to a previous post, Parallel Reality Hero asked, "Are you studying electrical engineering?"

Sort of, in england we have a post mandatory education system that helps us to specify our knowledge for certain workplaces. The system helps us prove that we have the required knowledge by passing tests called NVQs or Nation Vocational Qualifications.

I have so far taken NVQs in Business/Administration, Mechanical Maintenance, CAD(Computer Aided Design - Engineering drawings on computer) and I am currently undertaking an NVQ in Electrical Installations.

I also attend a college on wednesdays where I am studying to pass a Higher National Qualification in Electrical. So in short, yes, I think I am ;)

Check back tomorrow sometime and I will have (hopefully) posted how that control circuit works.
